I'm providing updated 1.8.8-1 and 1.7.16-1 packages with updated OpenSSL files.
(The OpenSSL files is included in the msi installer and the main and pdb zip files)
There is also a zip file with just the updated OpenSSL file to use for current and older versions with OpenSSL 1.0.1 (1.7.5 and later). Just download and unpack in your Subversion bin folder.
