I agree, there's nothing traditional about him. Excellent actor with many diverse roles. From Shopaholic King to Hundred Million Miles to Deaths Game. All completely different character types and he acted the perfectly. Reply 97 was probably my fave!

I love his eyes and the beauty mark (mold) under his eyes. That makes him soooo attractive. I know he slaw the women's ❤️ heart not only in Korea but all over the World. Linda Jun 08 2023 9:30 pm I discovered him in “Cafe Minamdang” which I watched because l really like the actress Yeon Seo-Oh from “A Korean Odyssey” one of my favorite films. I think he is a great leading man & I love the humor in this show. Each time I see it I find something I missed. I know this is a serious film but I enjoyed all the humor with the main characters, the police chief & the couple that are obsessed with Shaman Nam. His acting is Very different in “ Project Wolf Hunting” & I loved it. My first Korean film that I loved was “ I Saw The Devil” with Lee Byung-Hyun. It was a total violence & retribution film. It's like that but WAY more Violent. After the first half I was laughing at how much blood & killing was in the movie because it was so unreal like caricatures/people. Then the movie Really got started. It was awesome. It is totally set up in case a second movie is made. I don’t know how to vote for an actor but I would rate him highly. FYI he also has a Beautiful singing voice. He won one of the singing contests a few years ago. I looked him up on U-tube & I would call him a crooner. A voice smooth as silk.

Kezeeya Jul 01 2021 1:08 pm The first time I saw him at Love Rain I really think he's cute especially how he smiles, I really like his dimples, the mole and his eyes are so mesmerizing. I'm not that typical kdrama fan, i watch kdrama movies or series because they made it really good with the script and the actors/actresses! So I just don't mind him at first because you know typical kdrama movies (always different actors and actresses). But when I see him everytime in the different kdrama cameos I really started to remember him but i really don't remember his name just the face, the dimples, his mole and how he smiles that his eyes are getting smaller (I really thinks it's cute), so I started to watch his series and movies and I enjoyed it and fall in love with him especially how he's been doing great in his acting skills (you can really know the difference and the improvements). In the DAYS he really Blossomed. It really showcased his talents in acting and singing. ? Rooting for his success and happiness in life and now I can call myself a Fan Of Him. ❤️

It's the first time I got to know SIG. Honestly, I am the kind of viewer who'll discontinue watching if i find the plot boring, complicated or when i feel that the story no longer makes sense inspite of how much i like the actors. However, i got mesmerized by SIG's alluring beauty and great acting skills. So I began watching his previous projects...and listening to his songs and just like that i became his fan. SiG is a very charismatic person. Handsome in a unique way, a great actor who owns his character everytime like a chameleon and a very soulful singer. SIG, you are a natural singer and actor. The best thing about Seo In Guk is how he becomes one with the character he's playing. From the murderous eyes of Kim Moo Young to the innocent stares of Shopaholic Louis... He is a definition of an excellent actor and I will never regret stanning him all these years and for the next years to come.

May 20 2021 11:54 am He is really good actor ....acting is not about doing over the above act ( untill genre demands it) or recycling some typical emotions or acts that most of wanna be actors do which usually might escape from viewers scrutiny ...I saw these typical shortcomings of those who transitioned from singing to acting , swarming on the fame of their previous career ...but seo in guk is different and he proved himself to be very good at acting ...he is a natural actor , all that subtle emotions seem very genuine ...they don't seem made up ...recent best example is in Navillera ...where in just small shots , you can sense his arrogance without over acting or distorting facial muscles , and in immediate scene , his realisation that he could be wrong ..it was so simple yet you can sense it

I'm glad that he's now getting the recognition he deserves because of his new drama, Doom At Your Service.
I hope his new fans will also take time to watch his old dramas and will listen to the songs he released in the past.

I must say I’ve never been as amazed and as in awed as I have been with SIG. He is such a great actor who can play very distinct characters believably. (I mean Louis of Shopping King Louis and Kim Moo Young of The Smile Has Left Your Eyes, among others, right?!) He can act handsome, smart and serious or cute and mischievous and still make the viewers swoon. And to top it off, he is an amazing singer and composer. azee May 06 2016 10:28 am I really love this man. He have real talent in acting. For some actors, only a certain role will suit them, but it's not the case for SIG. He can act any role and execute them well. I am quite sad that he did not receive more recognition. But I like the fact that he is always acting in dramas that are unconventional and very meaningful. For example, king of high school tackles an unconventional but serious issue and I Remember You is unconventional in the storyline and character's appeal. I actually first saw you in Master's Sun and I remember rooting for your character to end up with the female lead but then resenting you for getting in the way of the leads' love interest hahah. Then, I saw his act in the music video: K Will-Please Don't and I was so impressed by his ability to act. I have always admired artists that can cry a fountain. And then I watched I remember you and I fell deeply in love with SIG which made me watch King of High School. The first few episodes was bland and SIG kept me going and thank god he did because the drama was very good! His acting was so on point. I will be sure to keep up with more dramas from SIG. I wish you well in your career! Oh and this guy can damn sing!! He is so good in everything he does! I don't go crazy for celebrity often but SIG made me lose my mind. Will continue to support him! Be it the looks, amazing voice , realistic acting, cool dancing ...he is the top most korean idol in the recent years. It's shame that his talent was not known to the world when he was much younger. I'd want him to be Gu Jun Pyo in BOF. I do not see SIG in all the characters that he plays. There is immense variation in every role and that is what the best actor would possess. He needs good stories and direction. Fell in love with his voice when I first listened to fate from love rain.

Seo In Guk You are very multinational TALENTED human being!! Continue to inspire others... I knew him from Reply 1997 and quickly became his fan. His acting in Master Sun did not dissapoint although his screen time is so limited. I can't wait for No Breathing and any more project (music and acting) from him.
