Thank you for reporting @ruchirgoswami! I saw an error in the provided link, and I also saw this warning:

worker-thread-c93ab238.js:1 PHP.run() output was: Your server is running PHP version 7.0.33 but WordPress 6.9-alpha-60205 requires at least 7.2.24.

It loads with WordPress 6.3 FWIW:
