Per Vipul's suggestion, created setup documentation for contributing to AQUA API on the README-development.md page. These are the setup instructions I followed to locally run the JupyterLab server used by the AQUA API and make changes to the API.
Also, added a table of contents to the README page for organization- need feedback on this too- thought it would be good for organization.
