Duplicated events don't have dates created with them.

As reported here - cloned events (via Duplicate Post) don't have any dates associated with them until their dates are updated/changed.

The schedule checks (see #241) erroneously conclude that the event doesn't need updating so the occurrences aren't created in the events table.
