First-line indent

In Mongolian publications and websites, first-line indent is very common. We might want to add some text to § 6.2 Text alignment & justification.

#55 (comment) and w3c/type-samples#126 contains some examples.

According to Prof. Liang Jinbao, there is no clear standard for how much indentation to use.
